Our design for collective small modern houses presents a unique concept that effortlessly blends form and function. These houses come in different forms, yet share a simple, orthogonal structure. They are positioned in two distinct locations: one on the high street and one on the ocean. It features three levels, with each house dedicated to one family. Our design aims to provide each family with a private sanctuary to enjoy the laid-back coastal lifestyle. The houses give the community a sense of connectivity, while also maintaining a sense of individuality.
